For my major project I created Boost. Boost is a brand and online shop that promotes supportive and healthy environments in competitive gymnastics. It aims to create a space of balance, opportunity, support and teamwork for coaches, gymnasts and clubs, through supporting resources and merchandise. It aims to widen customer’s experience through topics such as communication, motivation and well-being and ensure that they feel valued, supportive and inspired to reach their full potential in a positive atmosphere.

This video captures the BOOST project in action, showing the branded resources and merchandise being used by competitive gymnasts and their coaches. It offers an inside look at how the materials were integrated into real training environments and highlights the feedback and reactions from those involved. It was rewarding to see the positive impact BOOST had on both performance and mindset, creating a more supportive, engaging, and fun atmosphere. The project brought something fresh to the sport, helping coaches and gymnasts alike connect, communicate, and thrive.
